The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is unreliable and often doesn't work properly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect for skiing, as it is conveniently close to the slopes. I had a Christmas stay at this hotel and there were a couple of things I liked about it. the location was great. It was situated in a beautiful area with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. The meals were tasty and satisfying, and the staff provided good service.
There were a few negative aspects to my Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were in need of renovation.

The city where the hotel is located is quite nice for a ski break, with a variety of slopes and an amazing view of the mountains. the dinner served was decent and the waiters were kind and polite.
The room was quite outdated and small, we could barely move. the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which was almost non-existent, making it very difficult to communicate with our loved ones.
